At Biscuit we approach IT with a different outlook to many businesses. We don’t see ourselves as a number to call when something goes wrong, instead we’re your IT managers. Our Team’s Stories

Phill has been involved with the World of technology for over 30 years, running two very successful companies during this time. Phill founded Biscuit in 2016 with the intention of growing the business over the next 5 to 10 years. The initial plans are well on track and based on current performance and results, Biscuit has a rosy future ahead. These days, Phill deals mainly with the day to day running of the business.

Outside of work, Phill is a proud grandfather to 7 grandchildren and he still enjoys a game of five a side football as often as possible. Other interests include golf which he confesses to be rubbish at and travel which he has been rubbish at since 2019.



Our Team’s Stories

Our head of Technology is a true force of nature in his ability to manage and support our technicians, deal with complex tasks and projects and ensure that our clients are kept appraised of ongoing issues. All within the confines of a 24 hour day. Tayaub has a fantastic calming influence, especially when things appear to be going wrong and our clients have remarked on many occasions that his cool head has saved the day for them. Tayaub’s previous employment in the corporate world has brought a great strength to the Biscuit team and he is highly rated by colleagues and clients alike.

When not being ‘a techie’, Tayaub enjoys managing his allotment which stands in stark contrast to his 9 – 5 job. It’s a case of Terabytes to Carrot bites.

Our Team’s Stories

Gary joined Biscuit IT in October 2018 and has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years. In his role as IT consultant he is a central point of contact for our clients. Gary attends client appointments to gain an understanding of the clients’ infrastructure, pain points, business direction and desired improvements. He then provides the advice on suitable products and services, creating bespoke solutions when needed. Keeping in regular contact and organising regular strategy meetings with our existing clients, Gary ensures our support clients are kept up to speed with relevant industry developments and services from Biscuit IT to protect and enhance our client IT infrastructure.

Outside work Gary enjoys running, going to the gym, walking and spending time with family.



Our Team’s Stories

Steve has been in the technology field for almost 3 decades and during this time he has amassed a wealth of skills and knowledge. Steve is highly acclaimed for his technical knowledge and the ability to just ‘make it work’. Credited by companies such as Toshiba and Samsung with providing invaluable help with their research and development, Steve brings a huge depth of technical expertise to the team.

Outside of work Steve enjoys life on two wheels, being a very keen cyclist and motor cyclist.

Our print services partner, CSP Systems, are the leading provider of printers, scanners and photocopiers to businesses around Yorkshire. We work closely with CSP and have found their dedication to customer service and attention to detail are the perfect match for our clients.

We use technology from industry leaders Datto to provide our Backup and Disaster Recovery services. We train all our technicians to attain Datto certification. Our Datto Certified Deployment Specialist (DCDS) and Datto Certified Advanced Technician (DCAT) accredited engineers have encyclopedic knowledge of Datto’s systems and data protection in general.

Our cyber security experts are trained and accredited by ESET. Not only does this help us make the most of our ESET security tools, but it also ensures our staff have a deep understanding of cyber security.
